• Fraud, scams, deceptive claims, or misleading impersonation.
• Illegal goods, services, transactions, or evasion of law.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, spam, or security abuse.
• Harassment, exploitation, or content that facilitates harm.
• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Circumventing platform review, advertising policies, safety systems, or usage limits.

You may not rely on CoScale as the sole basis for decisions that determine a person’s eligibility, rights, health, safety, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or access to essential services. Regulated activities require all necessary professional review, authorization, and licensing.

If you use CoScale to prepare or manage advertising, you are responsible for truthful claims, accurate business identity, substantiation, required disclosures, targeting rules, and compliance with each advertising platform’s policies.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service. Report concerns to hello@coscale.app.
