Refund Policy

If you purchase a recurring CoScale plan, it renews at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the available account controls or by contacting us.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in a written offer, charges are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, usage, or credits. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with the account email, charge date, and relevant transaction information so we can investigate.

We may offer service credits or other remedies at our discretion. Those remedies do not create an ongoing obligation or change this policy.
