Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to CoScale and related services provided by Divido Technologies Inc. By accessing or using CoScale, you agree to these Terms. If you use CoScale for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

CoScale is an AI-powered software service that can help build, launch, and operate online businesses. Features may include software creation, deployment, content generation, analysis, distribution workflows, and other automated or assisted actions.

You are responsible for your account credentials, the instructions and materials you provide, and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and maintain any permissions required for content, data, accounts, domains, and services you connect to CoScale.

Artificial intelligence can generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing output and supervising consequential actions before relying on them. CoScale does not guarantee revenue, profitability, audience growth, campaign performance, or business success.

Paid plans, usage charges, and renewal terms are disclosed at purchase. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable fees and taxes. Subscription cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

You retain rights in materials you provide. Subject to payment and these Terms, you may use output generated for you to the extent permitted by law and applicable third-party terms. Divido retains rights in CoScale, its technology, systems, branding, documentation, and improvements.

CoScale may interact with third-party platforms, infrastructure, artificial intelligence models, payment services, advertising tools, or other providers. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms, policies, fees, and availability.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You may not use CoScale for fraud, deception, impersonation, unlawful activity, abuse, security violations, or infringement of others’ rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to protect CoScale, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription as described at purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoScale is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divido Technologies Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from CoScale.
